A/C Evacuation & Recharge Service
Keep Your Vehicle’s Air Conditioning Running at Peak Performance
When your car’s A/C isn’t blowing cold air, it may be due to low refrigerant, moisture contamination, or air inside the system. Our Evacuate & Recharge Service restores proper cooling performance and ensures your A/C system operates safely and efficiently.
What We Do
1. Refrigerant Recovery
We start by safely removing any remaining refrigerant from your system using EPA-approved recovery equipment.
We never vent refrigerant — it’s harmful to the environment and against federal regulations.
2. System Evacuation
Once the refrigerant is recovered, we connect precision manifold gauge equipment and a reliable vacuum pump to your vehicle’s A/C system.
During evacuation we:
- Remove air pockets
- Extract moisture from A/C components
- Prepare the system for a proper recharge
A deep vacuum is held for 30–45 minutes to ensure a clean, moisture-free system.
3. System Leak Check
After evacuation, we perform a vacuum-hold test to confirm your system has no leaks. If the vacuum drops, we locate and discuss repair options before moving forward.
4. Accurate Refrigerant Recharge
Every vehicle requires a specific amount of refrigerant to cool properly. We recharge your system using:
- The correct refrigerant type (R-134a or R-1234yf)
- Precision digital measuring tools
- Manufacturer-approved service procedures
Recharging through the low-pressure side only, we ensure safe, correct filling. Your A/C is then tested for cooling output and proper compressor operation.
